What aboutbeyond is

aboutbeyond is a free UK directory of family days out — parks, museums, zoos, heritage sites and similar attractions. We curate listings from public sources (OpenStreetMap, Wikipedia, Google Places, attraction websites) and add editorial information where useful.

Accuracy

We do our best to keep listings up to date, but prices, opening hours and availability change constantly. Always check the attraction's own website before you travel. We are not liable for any loss, disappointment or cost incurred because a listing was inaccurate.

Acceptable use

• Browse, search, save listings, share links — all free.
• Don't scrape, copy or republish our listings in bulk. Get in touch if you need a data feed.
• Don't impersonate businesses, post abusive content, or attempt to break things.

Listings & businesses

Businesses can submit themselves via the List Your Business page. Listing inclusion is at our editorial discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or remove listings that aren't appropriate for families.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links may earn aboutbeyond a small commission at no extra cost to you. This funds the site. It never influences which listings we feature or rank.

Photos & content

Listing photos are sourced from Google Places and Wikimedia Commons under their respective licences. Editorial text on aboutbeyond is © aboutbeyond unless otherwise stated.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage; small wording fixes are not.
